ERGoodCauses - Grant Application Process Aug 2021

 

ERGoodCauses only takes in grant applications by email from frontline workers, so if you are a member of the public, please ask your frontline worker to email grant form in on your behalf.

Process for frontline worker to apply on clients behalf - Russell Macmillan 14.8.2021

 

1 - Frontline worker must get permission from client to advocate on their behalf and discuss their personal information with ERGoodCauses
2 - Phone call to Russell Macmillan to discuss the case and establish whether its worth applying to us.
3 - Frontline worker fills in ERGC grant application (blank form can be downloaded from "Wish List/Apply" section of our website.
4 - Frontline worker shows completed grant app to client and records verbal consent to share with ERGC all the contents of the grant app.
5 - Frontline worker emails in grant app to ERGC.

 

NOTE - To comply with GDPR, it is imperative that the client must see the completed grant app that is being sent to ERGC prior to frontline worker applying on clients behalf. In order for ERGC to assess and justify spending our donors money on cases, we need some special category personal information like medical diagnosis of conditions, amount of money client is able to contribute to solve the issue and other relevant facts that may influence our grant making decision.
